Manage your Cookie Consent

Loading your preferences...

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device through your browser. They contain information about your visit — for example, which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, or what preferences you selected. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your computer, and most modern browsers accept cookies automatically unless configured otherwise.

In addition to cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage objects. For simplicity, we refer to all these technologies as “cookies” in this document.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via our consent tool or in your browser settings.

Why does Lano use cookies?

Lano uses cookies to operate and improve our website, measure performance, support customer interactions, and tailor our marketing efforts. Some cookies are necessary to make the website work. Others help us understand how users engage with our pages, support chatbot conversations, personalize content, or display ads that are relevant to our audience.

We believe in transparency and give you control over the types of cookies we use. You can consent to or reject specific categories through our cookie consent manager.

Types of cookies we use

We categorize the cookies used on our website into four main types:

1. Necessary Cookies

These are essential for the basic functionality of our website. They enable features like page navigation, access to secure areas, and form handling. These cookies are always active.

2. Preference Cookies

These remember your preferences and settings (such as language or region) to provide a more personalized experience.

3. Statistics (Analytical) Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. The data is pseudonymized and used to optimize our content and functionality.

4. Marketing Cookies

These cookies are used to track user behavior across websites to serve targeted advertisements and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, including the creation of user profiles.

A complete list of all cookies, their providers, purposes, legal bases, and storage durations can be found below:

Lano Cookies Usage Overview
