Yes, smaller teams can use Lano. However, our platform is optimised for businesses with international operations or more complex workforce needs. During the initial conversation, we help you assess whether Lano is the right fit for your stage and structure.

Because global operations vary significantly, pricing is provided through a tailored proposal based on your team size, number of countries, and required services. A short conversation with our sales team helps us give you an accurate quote.

Integrated Payments is an optional add-on. Where available, payments can be routed through local networks and are free of charge (see the list of supported currencies → here). Payments processed via SWIFT incur a €25 fee per transaction.

Payroll Services means Lano (through local partners) manages your payroll operations end-to-end in each country—calculations, filings, tax compliance, and payslips. Payroll Consolidation brings all your country-specific payroll data into one unified platform, giving you consistent reporting, global visibility, standardized processes, and integrations with your HR or finance systems. Many customers use both: local payroll execution + global consolidation in a single platform.

No. All country-specific services and optional add-ons—such as payments, immigration support, or local compliance services—are clearly outlined during scoping. You only pay for what you choose to activate.
