Using HiBob and Lano

If you want get set up with HiBob, you have to go to the company side and activate the permission for the company.

Company Side

A Lano Admin or a Company Admin can go to the Integrations page and click toggle on Hibob integration.

Tick "✓ HiBob activated"

Then a modal of Kombo should be shown asking to grant access and you should fill all required values.

If it is successful you will see it is activated on the page

Pay attention that if you want to make some changes on HiBob and fetch them on Lano, this won't work properly without performing a sync (or you have to wait until sync is done automatically, it runs every 3 hours).

To perform this sync, you have to go to Kombo and go to the Integrations tab. Here you have to find your integration and click on it, then you will see a button "Sync now" which you can click to perform syncing as soon as possible.
